Diversity Coaching for White Men Leaders (executives, managers, and directors) is a one-on-one six-month coaching program. Building trust in safe conversations, clients can ask questions on current social issues/constructs around marginalization (e.g., with regards to racism and race) and how these social issues affect employee relations and workplace function.
Further to this, through our BIDE™ modules for White Men Leaders, clients will learn research-based concepts relating to marginalization, the impact of these issues, why fostering allyship is essential, and ways to offer allyship to rising talent.
The goal is to support our clients and provide them with the necessary skills and know-how that drives impactful transformation in the way leaders then interact with and lead diverse groups.
Coaching includes a 360-feedback interview. One-on-one meeting (every 2-3 weeks); updates meetings with the executive and their superior or HR.
Duration: 6 months (& ongoing on a needs basis)
